Today, many places are starting down their own road to recovery after Harvey, Irma and Maria while many other regions battle recurring shocks such as wildfires and earthquakes.
USU is hosting a webinar with Scott Cowen, who led Tulane University and worked with the city coalition to survive and transform after Katrina.
